DuoDare: Couple Games (“DuoDare”, “we”, “our”, or “the app”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use the DuoDare mobile application.

DuoDare does not require users to create an account, sign in, or provide personal contact information to use the app.


The app allows users to enter two names to personalize the couple experience. These names are stored locally on the user's device and are not transmitted to our servers.


The app may also store local gameplay information such as:


• Game progress

• Completed challenges

• Quiz progress and scores

• Date ideas selected

• DuoSpin activity

• Journey statistics

• Achievements

• Onboarding status

• App preferences


This information is used only to provide and personalize features within the app.


2. LOCAL DATA STORAGE


DuoDare is designed to operate primarily offline.


Couple names, game progress, statistics, achievements, and related preferences are stored locally on the user's device using Apple's local storage technologies.


We do not operate a user account system or a server for storing this information.


3. HOW WE USE INFORMATION


Locally stored information is used to:


• Personalize the experience with the couple's chosen names

• Remember game progress and statistics

• Remember selected date ideas

The app does not request App Tracking Transparency permission for its current functionality.

DuoDare does not require account registration or authentication.


Users can access the app's main features without creating an account.


8. PERMISSIONS


DuoDare does not intentionally request access to sensitive device features unless required by a feature available in the app.


The current couple games, quizzes, challenges, and date activities are designed to work without requiring access to contacts, location, camera, microphone, or photo library.


9. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY


DuoDare is intended for the audience indicated by its App Store age rating and is not designed to knowingly collect personal information from children.


Because the app does not require an account, DuoDare does not intentionally collect names, email addresses, phone numbers, or other contact information from children through a registration system.


10. DATA RETENTION AND DELETION


Gameplay information and couple names are stored locally on the device.


Users may reset applicable game progress from within the app. Local app data may also be removed by deleting the application from the device, subject to Apple's device and backup behavior.


11. SECURITY


Because DuoDare's personalization and gameplay information is primarily stored locally, we do not maintain a remote database containing users' couple names or game progress.


Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their device.


12. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES


DuoDare does not currently rely on third-party advertising, authentication, or cloud database services for its core functionality.


If third-party services are introduced in a future version, this Privacy Policy may be updated to reflect those changes.


13. CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY


We may update this Privacy Policy when the app, its features, or applicable requirements change.
